BEIJING and DALLAS – Nov. 11, 2014 –NQ Mobile (NYSE: NQ), a leading global provider of mobile Internet services, has reached an agreement with Mobile Telesystems OSJC (“MTS”), the largest mobile operator in Russia and the 8th largest telecommunications brand worldwide, to make NQ Mobile Vault available to MTS subscribers through a wide ranging “White Label” agreement.  MTS will promote and distribute the product through pre-load, SMS and social network campaigns, as well as direct at point-of-sale and app store availability.  The collaboration significantly increases the global availability of NQ Mobile’s award-winning mobile privacy product.
